To make a service enquiry please e-mail from the button below. Please give as much detail as you can to ease the process. The detail should include such items as Make and Model. (eg Canon EOS 40D) a description of the problem. (eg. Error 99), and please state if the enquiry relates to a warranty claim.
We will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours. (Weekends excepted) With your reply we will send you a packing label (also available below the contact form) to help you when sending your equipment to us.
When your repair is completed, we will contact you by email and send a password to access the on line payments section. This will enable you to pay directly through Paypal by credit/debit card or your paypal balance. You may pay by debit/credit card over the telephone, or in person if you wish to collect your equipment.​ All major credit cards are accepted.
